Waicoco, located at The Westin Resort and Spa in Ka'anapali, Maui, is a fun, lively and popular restaurant with delicious food and drinks. Waicoco sits parallel to the Pacific Ocean as well as adjacent to the Ka'anapali walking path which leads to Whaler's Village. Waicoco is an upbeat location for a meal with friends and/or family. I recommend making dinner reservations during the sunset hour to view the beautiful and glowing colors in the sky. If you are dining later in the evening, keep your eyes out for fire dancing and musical performances as pictured below.
Waicoco has great food and drinks! As a vegan, I love restaurants that have a vegan and/or vegetarian menu.

Waicoco has an amazing vegetarian menu with multiple starters, entrees and side dish selections. For cocktails I enjoy The Pahoehoe which consists of tequila, Hawaiian chili, lime and orange as well as The Permanent Vacation which is made with mezcal, maraschino, amaro and lime. For appetizers I enjoy the warm Hawaiian rolls and the golden beet poke. For dinner I order the vegan coconut curry cauliflower which is delivered ohana style and serves two to four people.
Waicoco is open daily for breakfast from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and for dinner from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Waicoco has both indoor and outdoor seating as well as bar seating. The staff is friendly, accommodating and cheery. I highly recommend dining at Waicoco during your vacation to Maui, Hawaii for a delicious, fun, light-hearted evening by the ocean!
Happy Feasting!
XOXO,
Katy
