Point Pleasant is a great family environment from the beaches to the children's amusement park rides as well as an enjoyable nightlife scene for adults.

BEST RESTAURANT IN POINT PLEASANT, NEW JERSEY:
The Wharfside -Dine at The Wharfside for outstanding food and drinks! The Wharfside has a beautiful outdoor seating area with tables that look out onto the wharf and the Manasquan River. The Manasquan River Inlet, just a short bit down from the restaurant, is the entrance to the Inland Waterway, and thus, there is much boat traffic.
BEST THINGS TO DO IN POINT PLEASANT, NEW JERSEY:
Aquarium - Learn more about marine life at Jenkinson's Aquarium. At the aquarium see sharks, penguins, seals, fish, turtles and more.
Beach - Spend the day basking in the sun and catching waves in the Atlantic Ocean.
Boardwalk - Go to the amusement park or play the boardwalk games. You are bound to relive your favorite childhood memories by playing carnival games like ring toss or winning a larger than life stuffed animal or goldfish.
Ice Cream - When spending the day at The Jersey Shore, you may begin to crave ice cream. I highly recommend grabbing a soft serve twist with rainbow sprinkles at Hoffman's. Be prepared for a long line as Hoffman's is a popular destination.
Mini Golf - Looking for a competitive evening with friends? Strike up a game of mini golf at Castaway Cove. Castaway Cove Mini Golf course is situated in a ship-wrecked boat with numerous waterfalls, caves & more!
Nightlife - Point Pleasant is one of the "it" spots for nightlife at the Jersey Shore. I highly recommend going to Martell's Tiki Bar & Jenks Pavilion. Both the Tiki Bar and Jenks are fun night clubs.
Walk - Take a stroll along the ocean's edge or on the boardwalk.
Point Pleasant is incredibly close to other beach towns. While you are visiting Point Pleasant, New Jersey make sure to allow time to tour the surrounding areas, such as Belmar, Spring Lake, Manasquan and Sea Girt.
